Overview

Z Hotels is a 47-room hospitality project in St. Croix, conceived as a vibrant Caribbean destination that brings together beachfront living, tropical atmosphere, and a layered boutique hotel experience. The design draws from the island’s relaxed character through warm stucco tones, patterned tile, natural wood, woven furnishings, lush planting, and colorful accents that create spaces that feel both lively and inviting. The project is organized around a series of distinct yet connected experiences, from an open-air central courtyard and ocean-facing rooftop terrace to social dining spaces and guest rooms that balance comfort with a strong sense of local character. Architecture and interiors work together to frame views, capture light, and encourage an easy flow between indoor hospitality spaces and the surrounding coastal environment. Nile is leading both the architecture and interior design, shaping a cohesive concept that blends tropical charm, resort energy, and boutique-scale identity.
