 The Met Residences is a 245-unit multifamily development in Santa Ana, California, designed to bring together contemporary urban living and a resort-inspired residential atmosphere. The project pairs a crisp, modern architectural expression with interiors shaped by warmth, texture, and comfort, creating a lifestyle experience that feels both elevated and approachable. Amenity spaces are conceived as extensions of the home, with expansive lounges, double-height volumes, soft neutral furnishings, wood accents, stone surfaces, and layered lighting that add depth and refinement throughout. Outdoor areas continue this vision through lush courtyard landscaping, poolside cabanas, fire features, and hospitality-driven social spaces that foster relaxation and community. Nile developed the interior design for the project, shaping shared environments that balance sophistication, functionality, and a strong sense of place.
