Overview

Scion Hotel is a 100-room hospitality project in Dallas conceived as a contemporary urban destination with a clean, elevated, and design-forward character. The interiors combine warm walnut tones, soft neutral finishes, stone surfaces, brushed metal accents, and carefully integrated lighting to create spaces that feel refined, comfortable, and distinctly modern. Guest rooms balance simplicity with richness through tailored millwork, fluted detailing, sculptural furnishings, and curated moments of color that bring energy and individuality to the overall palette. Bathrooms are designed with a polished hospitality sensibility, pairing crisp stone finishes, warm wood vanities, and brass-toned fixtures to create a bright and sophisticated experience. Nile developed the interior design for the project, shaping a cohesive visual language that complements the hotel’s contemporary architecture while reinforcing a strong sense of comfort, style, and market appeal.
