Overview
Redondo Residences is a contemporary multifamily development in Redondo Beach, California, composed of 118 residences arranged around a resort-inspired amenity courtyard that brings a sense of openness, leisure, and coastal ease to everyday living. The design draws from the relaxed character of Southern California through a warm, tactile palette of natural oak tones, light stone surfaces, soft neutral textiles, and clean architectural lines, creating interiors that feel bright, calm, and effortlessly refined. Outdoor spaces are shaped by pergolas, poolside lounges, layered planting, and sun-washed finishes that extend the residential experience beyond the unit interiors, while shared spaces introduce a more social and immersive atmosphere through custom graphics, textured materials, and hospitality-driven detailing. Nile led the creative direction and interior design, developing a cohesive visual language that connects the residences, amenity areas, and overall lifestyle identity of the project.
