Hotel Legado is a 110-room hospitality project in Redondo Beach that reinterprets the coastal hotel experience through a warm, refined, and distinctly lifestyle-driven design language. The interiors draw on a tactile palette of pale stone, natural oak, woven fibers, soft neutral textiles, and sun-washed finishes, creating spaces that feel relaxed, inviting, and deeply connected to the seaside setting. Public areas are shaped by textured masonry, layered greenery, sculptural lighting, and curated surf-inspired details that introduce both character and locality, while guestrooms balance simplicity and comfort through clean lines, custom millwork, sandy tones, and carefully framed accents of coastal blue. From lobby arrival to rooftop experience, the project is conceived as an immersive hospitality environment where contemporary ease meets a strong sense of place. Nile led the creative direction and interior design, shaping a cohesive identity across the hotel experience.
